How do I book a course?▾
Use the class finder on any course page to choose your course, location and date, then enrol and pay securely online. Your place is confirmed instantly.
Can I book for a group or workplace?▾
Yes — we run group and onsite training for teams, tailored to your workplace.

Yes — employers can enrol staff and pay by company invoice. Send us the company and participant details and we'll book everyone in and invoice you.

Yes — gift certificates are emailed instantly and can be redeemed across our courses.

Is the certificate nationally recognised?▾
Yes. CBD College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 91399). If you have completed one of our nationally recognised courses, your statement of attainment or qualification is recognised across Australia.
Do I need a USI?▾
Yes — a free Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required before a nationally recognised certificate can be issued. You can create one in minutes at usi.gov.au.

For most short courses, your statement of attainment is issued the same day once you've completed the course and assessment. For long courses, your qualification is issued within 24 hours of course completion.
I've lost my certificate — how do I get a copy?▾
Courses completed after 22 April 2018 are available to download in the Student Portal. For earlier courses, request a copy from our archives — a $75 retrieval fee applies (allow up to 5 business days).

RPL is available for our TAE and WHS qualifications — your existing skills and experience are formally assessed towards the qualification.

Do you offer online or Zoom courses?▾
Yes — we run live, trainer-led courses via Zoom, including First Aid & CPR and our TAE and WHS qualifications. You join a real class, not a recording.

What should I bring?▾
Photo ID and comfortable clothing for hands-on practice. If your course has online pre-learning, ensure you have completed it (First Aid, Barista, TAE).
Is there any pre-course work?▾
Yes — most courses include a short online learning module to complete before your in-person session. Check your confirmation email for details.
