How do I book a course?
Use the class finder on any course page to pick your course, location and date, then enrol and pay securely online — your place is confirmed instantly. Your course starts as soon as you enrol: you're given immediate access to the Student Portal, where your learning resources and assessments are available, along with full support by phone or online.
All courses must be paid for and booked in advance. We do not accept cash on the day, and because our classes are kept small, spaces are only held once payment has been made.
Can I book for a group or a workplace?
Yes. We run group and onsite training for teams, at competitive group rates — the more seats you book, the lower the per-person cost. Training can be delivered onsite at your workplace or at one of our centres around Australia, and a corporate portal lets you track your team's bookings, attendance and certificates in one place.
Courses commonly booked for groups include First Aid, CPR & Childcare First Aid, White Card, RSA, RCG & ARCG, Licensee & Advanced Licensee Training, Barista & Bar Basics, and the Cert IV TAE and Cert IV/Diploma of WHS qualifications.

Can I pay by invoice?
Yes — employers can enrol staff and pay by company invoice rather than upfront. Email accounts@cbdcollege.edu.au with:
Company information: full company name; postal and physical addresses; telephone number; accounts email and contact person; purchase order number (if applicable).
For each participant: full name; email address; course name; course date; course location (city).
We'll enrol each participant in their chosen course, date and location, then send an invoice to your accounts team.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. A CBD College gift certificate is emailed instantly to the recipient, is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, and can be redeemed across our courses (First Aid, RSA & RCG, Barista and more). You choose the amount, and the certificate is sent with simple instructions so the recipient can book online, or by calling 1300 838 962, whenever they're ready.
How can I pay if I don't have a credit card?
Email or call us on 1300 616 218 during office hours (Monday–Friday) and we can arrange to send you our banking details for a direct credit/bank transfer. We can also organise invoices for corporate accounts (see above).
You can also pay in person at our Sydney bookings office: Level 5, 8 Quay Street, Haymarket NSW 2000, between 9am and 5pm Monday–Friday. We don't accept cash on the day, so all courses still need to be paid for and booked in advance.
Payment plans (TAE, Cert IV WHS and Diploma WHS only): these three qualifications can be paid off via Afterpay or Klarna, interest-free. The structure differs by course:
- TAE40122: a $1,500 deposit by card, then the remaining $1,999 set up through Afterpay or Klarna straight after the deposit — interest-free instalments from there.
- Cert IV WHS: 4 interest-free payments of $374.75 (Afterpay/Klarna).
- Diploma WHS: 4 interest-free payments of $499.75 (Afterpay/Klarna).
Shorter courses (First Aid, RSA/RCG, White Card, Barista, etc.) are paid in full at booking — Afterpay/Klarna payment plans apply to TAE, Cert IV WHS and Diploma WHS only.
Do you price match?
Price match applies to our First Aid, CPR and Childcare First Aid courses only — it is not a general, all-courses offer.
If you find one of these courses advertised for less by another Registered Training Organisation (RTO), send us the competitor's publicly advertised price for the same course/unit of competency and we'll do our best to match it. Price match is offered at CBD College's discretion, and applies only where:
- The competitor is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- The price is publicly advertised
- It's the same course / unit of competency
Once reviewed, we'll email you a discount code to book at the matched price.
