Our community
We believe training can change lives. Alongside our courses, CBD College partners with organisations supporting First Nations communities and people facing barriers to work — providing practical skills and nationally recognised qualifications that open doors.

Training that changes lives
Hands-on barista training in action with OzHarvest's Nourish Program — giving young people real, job-ready hospitality skills and a nationally recognised pathway into work.

First Nations communities
In partnership with Indigenous organisations, we deliver barista, RSA/RCG, White Card and First Aid training that gives immediate access to practical skills and nationally recognised qualifications — opening doors to employment.

OzHarvest — Nourish Program
We deliver barista training for the Nourish Program, supporting young people aged 16–25 who face barriers to education and employment — building confidence, skills and career direction across Sydney, Newcastle and Adelaide.

The Freedom Hub
We provide barista and RSA/RCG training for survivors of modern slavery, helping build hospitality skills and genuine pathways toward employment and independence.

Westleigh Rural Fire Service
Each year our trainers volunteer their time, at no charge, to deliver first aid training to around 20 local RFS firefighters who give so much to their community.

CBD College acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and learn, and pays respect to Elders past and present.
Partner with us
If your organisation supports people who'd benefit from training and employment pathways, we'd love to hear from you.
