Lost or missing certificate
Need another copy of your certificate or Statement of Attainment? How you get it depends on when you completed your course.

Your certificate is available to download any time from the Student Portal — log in with the details you used to enrol and head to your records.

Completed before 23 April 2018
These records are kept in our archives. Complete the request form below and allow up to 5 business days for our team to retrieve and re-issue your certificate. A $75 retrieval fee applies.
Request from archives ↓What to have ready
- • Your full name (and any previous name used at the time of the course)
- • The course you completed and the approximate date
- • The centre/city where you trained
- • A contact email and phone number
