If you don't have a credit card and need to arrange payment by bank transfer, call 1300 616 218 during office hours (Monday–Friday) and we'll send you our banking details.

Email — which address to use

• support@cbdcollege.edu.au — for existing/enrolled students who need ongoing support during their course (e.g. help with the Switch Class function, wellbeing or training support during your enrolment).
• info@cbdcollege.edu.au — for general enquiries and prospective students: questions before you book, special needs/reasonable-adjustment requests before your course starts, complaints, privacy requests, and anything else not covered by an existing enrolment.
• accounts@cbdcollege.edu.au — for corporate/group bookings and invoice booking enquiries.
• matthew@cbdcollege.edu.au — for appeals to the RTO CEO, Matthew Gee, if you're not satisfied with the outcome of a formal complaint.

Formal complaints and appeals

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing using the official CBD College Complaints Form (request it via info@cbdcollege.edu.au). We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days. Appeals against the outcome go to the RTO CEO, Matthew Gee, at matthew@cbdcollege.edu.au, and further recourse is available through ASQA if you remain unsatisfied.
