Instead of assessing each of the BSB41419's units separately, CBD College uses 5 integrated assessments that cover the required knowledge and skills across the units together. Because the units relate to each other in the assessment, you're not tested repeatedly on material that overlaps between units — less duplication, and a faster path to your qualification.
One assessment, several units
The BSB41419 Certificate IV in WHS covers ten units. Assessing each one in isolation means answering near-identical questions about risk, consultation and compliance over and over — the content overlaps constantly. Our 5 integrated assessments group the related units together instead, so each task covers what several units actually ask for in one go.
What this looks like in practice
Assessment methods include role plays, reviews of templates and project reports, and written questioning based on realistic workplace scenarios — not generic short-answer quizzes lifted from a textbook.
