We’ve owned a coffee roasting facility, five espresso bars, consulted for some of the largest coffee companies in Australia, and developed the world’s first coffee art course. In addition, we’ve written Australia’s first textbook on how to make coffee from a commercial espresso machine, which complements our espresso course offerings.
