Dione Terrantroy - Long Course Training Manager

Dione has over twelve years’ experience as a Trainer and Assessor. She has a passion for teaching, a strong knowledge of the VET environment, and a desire to ensure her students have the best learning experience possible.
Prior to joining CBD College, Dione's most recent positions were at ET Australia and TAFE Digital where she delivered TAE, various qualifications in business and information technology, job readiness programs, pre-traineeship business programs, and tailored accredited and non-accredited workshops for various businesses. She was also responsible for the development of training and assessment materials for a newly released Business Services Training Package.
Dione also has over seven years management experience in 5-star hotels both here and in London. During her time in hospitality, she was responsible for teams of up to 50 staff, including overseeing staff development.
Dione’s qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design and Development, Certificate IV in Business Administration and Diploma of Human Resources Management.

Leyla is an experienced educator with over 20 years’ experience in the field of education and people development. Leyla is passionate about training individuals how to be the best trainer they can be.
Leyla has worked both nationally and internationally delivering and designing educational programs for the workplace and academia. She has spent time working in Bhutan, China, Nepal and Myanmar doing various educational projects. Leyla says Bhutan was her favourite working destination as she loved the people, the culture, the hospitality of the place and the way of life. Bhutan measures their success against the Gross Happiness Index rather than GDP, something that appeals to Leyla!
Leyla’s qualifications include Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Advanced Diploma of Business, Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), Master of Education and Bachelor of Science.

Sean Kelly

Sean has nearly 20 years’ experience as a Trainer and Assessor with a focus on TAE since 2015. He has a passion for evidence-based Training and Assessment practice with a focus on transformative adult education and training.
Prior to joining CBD College, Sean delivered TAE Training and Assessment across a range of TAFEs and private RTOs. He has also designed and delivered programs in Business, Cultural Arts, Financial Services and Foundation skills.
Prior to becoming a Vocational Trainer, Sean pursued professional roles in quantitative analysis, academic research, strategic consulting and stakeholder education and communications.
Sean’s qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design and Development, Graduate Diploma of Adult LLN Practice, Diploma Financial Services, BA (Hons).

Diedre Moore

Diedre has twenty years’ experience as a VET Trainer and Assessor specialising in Training and Assessment and Business Services qualifications. She has an enthusiastic and encouraging approach in motivating learners to build upon their skills, knowledge and experience to achieve new outcomes.
Prior to joining CBD College, Diedre worked with TAFE NSW delivering TAE and Human Resource Management qualifications. She has also worked with a range of private and public sector organisations and RTOs to design and deliver Business qualifications and a range of skills training.
Diedre’s qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training , Diploma of Training Design and Development, Diploma of Business, Diploma of Human Resource Management, Diploma of Leadership and Management, Master of Education (Adult Education) and Bachelor of Business.

Colin Martin
Early in his career, Colin served for 15 years in the Australian Army as well as working in health care as a nurse and registered Paramedic. For the past 20 years, Colin has worked in emergency response and workplace health and safety, including in the drilling and production industry, mining and construction industries as well as being involved in major accident event risk management in onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration.....

Nicole has been working in Work Health and Safety for over 10 years in a range of high-risk industries (construction, telecommunications installations and intralogistics). Her areas of expertise include coaching and development, design, development and delivery of training, Management systems (Quality, Safety & Environment), reporting and statistics...
Early in his career, Colin served for 15 years in the Australian Army as well as working in health care as a nurse and registered Paramedic. For the past 20 years, Colin has worked in emergency response and workplace health and safety, including in the drilling and production industry, mining and construction industries as well as being involved in major accident event risk management in onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration. Colin has worked as the Quality Health Safety and Environment lead and emergency response lead in both international and Australian projects, working around the world for major oil and gas operators and mining operators.
Colin has also worked extensively with subsea and maritime projects. Onshore, Colin has worked on major projects in some of the most isolated locations around the world including Africa, Middle East, Asia. He has worked in the Gobi desert, Sahara desert, Kumkol in Kazakhstan and Yuzhno Sakhalinski island! Colin has worked extensively in Western Australia during the energy and resources boom in QHSE and Emergency response lead roles and extensively training in the VET sector.
Colin qualifications include Advanced Diploma in Paramedical Sciences, Diploma of Workplace Health and Safety, Diploma of Quality Auditing, Diploma of Business Management, Diploma of Front Line Management, Diploma of Security Risk Management and the Diploma of Vocational Education Training Design and Development.
Nicole has been working in Work Health and Safety for over 10 years in a range of high-risk industries (construction, telecommunications installations and intralogistics). Her areas of expertise include coaching and development, design, development and delivery of training, Management systems (Quality, Safety & Environment), reporting and statistics, subcontractor management, incident management, auditing, implementing safety management software and facilitating communication and consultation arrangements in collaboration with all stakeholders to foster positive work health and safety behaviours.
Nicole holds a Graduate Certificate in WHS, Diploma & Cert IV WHS, Lead Auditor in ISO45001 WHS Management Systems, ICAM and of course a Cert IV in TAE.
