First Aid
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
(also known as Senior first aid or level 2)
3 Hours - Includes:
HLTAID009 Provide CPR
and HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support

Offering accredited first aid courses with certifications that ensure you are well-equipped to handle emergencies.
3 Hour Course with 3 Units of Competency
Complete our 3 hour first aid course and earn three Units of Competency from the HLT Health Training Package. These units will be recorded on your first aid certificate, issued on the same day.
- HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support (BELS)
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
By the end of the course, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of CPR techniques, basic life support, and essential first aid training.
Online Learning
For students enrolled in the Provide First Aid course, an online learning module must be completed before attending the in-person class.
Course Times
Our first aid classes run in Phillip, Canberra is weekly from 8:30am to 11:30am and 12:30pm to 3:30pm. We run classes every week of the year.

USI Number Requirements
All students enrolling in a nationally recognised first aid course must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). For more details and to create your USI, please visit (https://www.usi.gov.au/your-usi/create-usi).
Cancellation Policy
Please note that refunds are not available for students who do not attend first aid classes. You may reschedule your class time, but no changes are allowed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
