Challenge
I have been working in the mining industry for 25+ years and spent the last 15 years in a safety training role, having completed my Cert IV in training assessing many years ago and completing the upgrades as they occurred, I was required to complete my CERT IV WHS which I did in 2016 and the natural progression was to complete my diploma WHS. I should have completed them both when I did my CERT IV but the role, I was in at the time only required the CERT IV
