Your booking is confirmed. Follow the two steps below to get started — most of what you need is already in your inbox.

 

1 Check your email for your confirmation

We've emailed you a confirmation message with your course details and student portal login info. Please open it before your first class.
Can't see it? Please check your junk / spam folder — our email sometimes lands there.

2 Log in to your student portal

You'll use the portal to complete your enrolment questions (required for your certificate) and — for some courses — your pre-class online learning.

Tip: if the portal says it doesn't recognise your email, double-check you're using the exact same address you used when booking.

3 Important — please read before your class

  • Action required

    Barista, CPR & First Aid, and TAE students: you must complete the online learning in your student portal before attending class. If it isn't completed in time, you'll need to rebook and pay for another class.

  • All students

    To receive your certificate, you need to log in to your student portal and complete the government-mandated enrolment questions. This only takes a few minutes.
