Day 1 — RSA
Responsible Service of Alcohol
SITHFAB021 — Provide responsible service of alcohol
Required by NSW law for anyone who serves, supplies, or supervises the service of alcohol on licensed premises. Your RSA certificate allows you to work in any bar, pub, restaurant, club, or event venue in NSW.
- Same-day interim RSA certificate

Day 2 — RCG
Responsible Conduct of Gambling
SITHGAM022 — Provide responsible gambling services
Required for anyone working in a gaming-related role in NSW — including hotels, clubs, and casinos. Your RCG certificate covers responsible gambling services, self-exclusion programs, and NSW gaming laws.
